I am writing regarding a payment I was expecting, which was under review by your system. You requested an invoice and other information, which I promptly provided. This payment is from freelance work.
Earlier today, I noticed on the thread that you requested my Fiverr profile. Unfortunately, I did not receive any notification of this request. By the time I saw the message and attempted to respond, my payment had already been cancelled, and the chat was closed, leaving me unable to provide the required information.
I believe it is unfair to cancel the payment solely due to a delayed response, especially when I was not notified via email or alert that additional information was required or that the payment would be cancelled. As per your stated review timeline of 24–48 hours, I do not understand why the payment was cancelled so quickly.
Additionally, your agent created an urgent support ticket on my behalf, which is still open. I have already shared my Fiverr profile link with her, but she is currently offline. I am waiting for her response and would like to know if there is anything further she can do to resolve this issue.
This payment is from my client for an order that is scheduled, and I urgently need it to proceed. Otherwise, the order itself may be cancelled, which would cause further complications.
I also noticed that my ACH account has been cancelled. I kindly request you to review this matter immediately and provide a resolution as soon as possible.

I am writing regarding the recent transaction that was returned to the sender because it was sent under a company name. I understand that my account is currently set up for personal use.
However, I would like to clarify that I am using this account with my eBay account, which is registered under my personal details. The payouts I receive are related to my personal selling activity on eBay, even though they may appear under a company or platform name.
I kindly request you to please allow me to receive these payouts in my existing personal account. I would like to continue using this account without any issues, as it is already linked to my eBay profile.
If there is any way to accept such payments under my personal account or any alternative solution you can provide without changing the account type, I would greatly appreciate your support.
