Request for Assistance – Failed Amazon Payment to Nsave USD Account
Dear Nsave Support Team,
I hope you are doing well.
I am writing to kindly request your assistance regarding a payment issue related to my USD account with Nsave. I am a seller on Amazon, and I recently experienced a failed royalty payment that was supposed to be deposited into my Nsave account.
Below are the details of the bank account currently connected to my Amazon Merch account:

Amazon notified me that the payment transaction was failed. Unfortunately, I have not been able to determine the exact reason for the failure.
I would greatly appreciate it if your team could please review my account and help clarify the following:
- Whether my USD account with Nsave is fully active and able to receive ACH payments from Amazon.
- If there are any restrictions or issues related to receiving payments from Amazon or via ACH (Automated Clearing House) transfers.
- Whether the banking details listed above are correct and properly configured for incoming transfers.
- If there are any additional steps or verification required on my side to ensure that future payments are successfully received.
Receiving my Amazon royalties is very important for my business, so I would sincerely appreciate your guidance in resolving this matter as soon as possible.
