It's been nice following up with the new features coming into nsave, but there are small basic features that are considered a necessity for every USD Bank Account. I've longly waited for Outgoing ACH transfers to be enabled, once enabled, I finally switched to using nsave. However, couple days earlier when I attempted a transfer, I got notified that Outgoing ACH was disabled again, seriously? I basically have my funds locked out in nsave at the moment, I was told to attempt a Wire transfer, and while the application tells me that the transaction would use Wire instead of ACH, every time I attempt the transfer, it returns with a failure, and I have to add that the recipient's details UI is confusing and doesn't help much in this situation, one day it's an ACH transfer, and a Wire in the other... plus it can't even perform the Wire transfer. I would also like to add that customer support was not very helpful, I was told that I needed an IBAN for the Wire transfer after I just sent them a screenshot of the details I'm attempting to send to (Another virtual US Account, with a VAN, ABA and SWIFT code) Thank you for every thing, but seriously, this was not what I was expecting.
